Complete Aluminium Die Casting Services

We manage every stage of the aluminium die casting supply chain — mould production, casting, finishing, re-engineering, and global logistics — so you have one trusted partner from concept to delivery.

Mould Design & Tooling

We engineer and manufacture high-quality die casting moulds tailored to your exact part geometry and production volume. Kinaguiden moulds are built in H13 tool steel for longevity and repeatability, supporting runs from prototype quantities to millions of parts. We design single-cavity, multi-cavity, and family moulds. Mould modification and repair services are also available for existing tooling.

High-Pressure Aluminium Die Casting

Our high-pressure die casting (HPDC) process produces aluminium components with tight dimensional tolerances, excellent surface finish, and strong mechanical properties. Ideal for complex geometries, thin-wall sections, and high-volume production. We cast alloys including ADC12, A380, A360, and AlSi9Cu3. Both low-volume prototype runs and high-volume serial production are supported — no fixed minimum order quantity.

Re-engineering & Reverse Engineering

Have an existing aluminium part but no drawings? Kinaguiden specialises in re-engineering — we take your physical sample or worn component, create accurate 2D/3D technical drawings, design a new die casting mould, and reproduce the part in aluminium. Ideal for legacy components, obsolete parts, replacement tooling, or design improvements. No original CAD files needed.

Post-Processing & Finishing

We offer full secondary operations on aluminium die castings: CNC machining, drilling and tapping, deburring, shot blasting, anodizing (clear, colour, or hard anodize), powder coating, e-coating, and assembly. Parts are delivered inspection-ready and fully finished to your specification — ready for installation or resale.

Worldwide Logistics & Shipping

Kinaguiden arranges sea freight, air freight, and express courier to any country worldwide. We handle export documentation, customs clearance, and export packing to international standards — so your aluminium die cast parts arrive on time, intact, and fully compliant. Regular shipments to Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about working with Kinaguiden for aluminium die casting — from alloy selection to global shipping.

Yes — this is one of our specialist services. If you have a physical sample, a worn component, or even just a competitor's part, Kinaguiden can reverse engineer it: we measure and digitise the part, create accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings, design a new die casting mould, and produce aluminium parts to match or improve the original design. No original CAD files are needed. This service is ideal for legacy parts, obsolete components, or situations where the original supplier is no longer available.
Yes. We support prototype die casting and small-batch production runs. There is no fixed minimum order quantity — die casting tooling is a one-time investment, and even small runs can be commercially viable depending on the part. Contact us to discuss your specific volume and we will advise on the most cost-effective approach, whether that is a prototype mould, a bridge tool, or a production-grade die casting mould from the start.
We work with the most widely used high-pressure die casting alloys including ADC12, A380, A360, AlSi9Cu3, and AlSi12. Our engineering team advises customers on the best alloy for their application based on required mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, machinability, and surface finish expectations. We can also source specialist alloys on request.
There is no fixed minimum order quantity. Die casting is most cost-effective at medium to high volumes (typically 500+ pieces per run) because tooling is a one-time investment spread across the production volume. We are happy to discuss low-volume and prototype requirements and can advise on the most economical approach for your project.
Yes — this is one of our core advantages. Kinaguiden provides a complete end-to-end service from mould design and tooling manufacture through to casting, post-processing, and worldwide delivery. You work with a single supplier for your entire die casting supply chain, which reduces risk, simplifies communication, and speeds up lead times.
Yes. We arrange international freight and customs documentation to any destination worldwide — Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, and beyond. We offer sea freight for cost-effective bulk shipments and air freight or express courier for urgent deliveries. All shipments are properly packed, insured, and fully documented.
Standard die casting moulds typically take 4–8 weeks to design and manufacture, depending on part complexity and mould configuration. After the mould is complete, we produce T1 trial samples and submit them for customer approval before serial production begins. We provide a detailed project timeline with every quotation.
We offer a full range of secondary operations: CNC machining, drilling and tapping, deburring, shot blasting, anodizing (clear, colour, or hard anodize), powder coating, e-coating (electrocoating), and assembly. Parts can be delivered fully finished and ready for installation or resale.
Contact us using the form on this page or email [email protected] with your 2D drawings (PDF), 3D CAD files (STEP or IGES preferred), required quantity, material preference, and any finishing requirements. We will review your enquiry and respond with a detailed quotation promptly.
